Hexa Care was founded by Omar Al-Safadi, a senior home care leader with over a decade of experience across disability support, aged care, and community health.
Omar began his career as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), providing disability support while completing his nursing studies. This early hands-on experience shaped his deep understanding of person-centred care, dignity, and the day-to-day realities faced by people living with disability. It formed the foundation of his commitment to delivering care that respects each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and life journey.
Over the years, Omar has combined strong clinical foundations with health service leadership expertise. He has supported individuals living with chronic conditions, functional decline, and complex care needs, while also leading home care operations across New South Wales and South Australia. His leadership has focused on clinical governance, quality assurance, and sustainable service growth, ensuring care is both compassionate and clinically sound.
This vision led to the creation of Hexa Care — a nurse-led organisation built to deliver personalised support that goes beyond tasks. The organisation prioritises dignity, safety, and holistic wellbeing, ensuring every client receives care that supports their overall quality of life.
